AGE VERIFICATION POLICY
To ensure compliance with industry standards and client safety requirements, all clients receiving aesthetic treatments must be 18 years of age or older.
We reserve the right to request valid photographic identification at any appointment to verify a client's age. Acceptable forms of ID include:
Passport
Driving Licence
PASS-accredited Proof of Age Card
Other government-issued photographic identification
If satisfactory identification cannot be provided when requested, treatment may be postponed or refused until age verification has been completed.
By booking an appointment, clients confirm that they are aged 18 years or over and understand that proof of age may be required before treatment is carried out.

BOOKING FEE POLICY
A non-refundable booking fee of £30 is required to secure all appointments.
The £30 booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Please note:
Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
The booking fee is transferable if sufficient notice is given to reschedule your appointment in line with our cancellation policy.
Failure to attend your appointment or cancellations made outside of our cancellation notice period may result in the loss of your booking fee.
The remaining balance for your treatment is payable on the day of your appointment.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOW POLICY
We understand that plans can change; however, as appointment times are reserved specifically for you, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours' notice may transfer their booking fee to a new appointment date.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the loss of the £30 booking fee.
NO-SHOWS
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their £30 booking fee.
Future appointments may require full payment in advance at the discretion of the clinic.
LATE ARRIVALS
Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced or, in some cases, may need to be rescheduled.
If a late arrival prevents treatment from being carried out, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and the booking fee will be forfeited.
